GBA Videos Extremely Compressed

An example of just how ugly homebrewed GBA video ROMs can get. The last third of Halloween extremely compressed in a GBA ROM. You could get at most 45-50 minutes maybe. I think this ROM is at about 30 minutes long but the ROM file has space for more.
